Ad-Hoc Support Package (£30 per hour)

This option provides the most flexibility, offering support whenever necessary, without any obligations. After agreeing either a fixed price or an estimated duration, you pay only for the hours you need me, with no minimum.

Monthly Retainer Package

Many of my regular clients choose to establish a retainer, especially when they have ongoing tasks or need to ensure priority access to my services. With a retainer, you receive my undivided attention for a minimum of 5 hours each month, and there’s flexibility in how you use those hours. Any additional hours will be billed at the same rate.

The first month serves as a trial period for both of us to get acquainted and understand how we work together. After the initial month, you'll be billed the agreed retainer amount on a recurring basis, with a one-month written notice required for cancellation.
